Group Orders:

• Backouts are only allowed before payments are collected
• If you back out after payments are collected, you are responsible to find a replacement for the items you’ve claimed
• Strictly no refunds / cancellation after payments!
• Please inform me of any username changes for your social media
• Most sets are ordered from overseas and shipping can take from weeks to months. Please wait patiently for your orders!
• Group orders are open to worldwide unless stated otherwise
• I am not responsible for damaged mails from the distributor to my place

Shipping:

• Photocards are put in sleeves + toploader and bigger sized items are put in sleeves + cardboards
• Please do understand there will be days where I won’t be able to ship your items immediately, but I’ll try my best to ship it within the same week.
• Once sent, I’m not responsible for lost or damage mails
• I always send proof proof of packaging to confirm that your address is correct and proof of shipment

Payments:

• Once claimed, you have 24 hours to complete your payment. If it’s overdue, your items will be back up for claim and if it happens repeatedly, you’ll be blacklisted from my future group orders
• If you have a reason as to why you cannot pay within the time window, please do let me know! I’m very understanding of this but you need to let me know beforehand!
• Only accepting payments through PayPal F&F and e-Transfer
